EVALUATION PHASE

The evaluation process of the Project: “LEARNING HELPING: INCLUSIVE EDUCATION OF ADULTS THROUGH VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERING” has been carried out in accordance with the provisions established in its Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. This plan establishes an effective and systematic mechanism to monitor and analyze each of the actions carried out during the project through specific qualitative and quantitative indicators.

We followed the 7 essential stages of project monitoring and evaluation established in said Plan:

PILOT TEST

Pilot tests are essential to ensure the success of the results, as well as their dissemination. In order to ensure that both the intellectual result O1 “METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE: LEARNING BY DOING, LEARNING HELPING” and the tangible result “VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERING LABORATORY” met the needs of the beneficiaries of the project, we carried out numerous pilot tests.

Therefore, both partner entities and social organizations outside the network have developed pilot tests that have allowed us to verify the usefulness of the results, as well as generate a very positive impact on the beneficiaries. Some of the entities that have participated in the pilot test are:

  • Lesvos Solidarity.
  • Asociación de jóvenes musulmanes en Valencia.
  • Generazione Zero
  • European language equality network
  • RedTree Making projects

  • Réseau Éducation Sans Frontières de Haute-Loire
  • Centre socio-culturel de Guitard
  • Emmaüs ZA

  • etc.

.

Not only that, but specific systems have also been established to evaluate the quality and impact capability of the results, since these are what has allowed the project to have a significant impact on the development of educational competences and the inclusion of migrant or refugee adults, while reinforcing the key competences of native adults.

Thus, personalized educational itineraries were designed and implemented in this project, allowing to break barriers and that both migrant and native adults can learn from each other by being learning partners, thanks to their experience and knowledge.

This is why the results of the evaluation of the project and its results have been very positive and satisfactory, both by the beneficiaries themselves, who have participated in the evaluation process, and by adult trainers, education professionals, and experts, both those participating in the project and external ones.
