PREPARATION PHASE
It began on September 1st 2020 and ended on January 15, 2021. This stage has made it possible to establish the actions to be carried out during the project in accordance with the concession contract and contributions from the evaluator, time the schedule and define the available resources (human, financial and material).
The preparation stage focused on seven processes: selection of participants and responsibilities, signing agreements and strengthening the partnership, fcoordination and monitoring, training for partners, training for participants, visibilization of the project and development of the plans.
